Ok—but what is Personalised?
Have any name printed on any garment in this collection. Simple stuff, putting the ‘personal’ in Personalised.
When can I order?
Personalised orders are live from Tuesday, October 18th, 9AM AEST // Monday, October 17th, 4PM PDT.
How long do I have to order?
The Personalised ordering window closes Sunday, October 23, 11.59PM (AEST and PDT). Following this, all Personalised products will be removed from the Sylvia P website and no longer be available to order.
How will the name look on the garment?
The font and case is as pictured. E.g if the garment has ‘Khloe’ pictured, then all names will be printed with the first letter being upper case and the remaining letters lower case, in the same font.
Can I order a Personalised garment without a name?
Yes! You don’t need to add a name if you don’t want to. It will still be subject to the same shipping times outlined below.
When will you ship my order?
Your Personalised order won’t ship immediately, as we make these garments to order in our Brisbane, Australia factory—and that requires a little time. Therefore, the estimated shipping date from the Sylvia P distribution centre is:
- North America - 7th December

Ok, but I’ve also ordered an in-stock garment outside the Personalised collection, will this ship with my Personalised order or earlier?
No, for ease of logistics we’ll ship all these items together i.e the in-stock garments will be shipped with the personalised garments on the estimated shipping date above.
I’ve received the garment but I’d like to return it—can I?
All personalised garments are made to order, so these can’t be returned or exchanged for a different size. Please review our return policy here.
How do I stay updated on start and close times?

Awesome. So which garment should I get?
Ooh, you’re on your own there. But spread across three mini-collections—there’s Freedom, a crowd favourite brought back from our last Personalised collection, butterfly print and all; or Celebrate, a rainbow-filled print with stars and watercolours; or Monochromatic, more butterflies and florals in stunning black and white. Available in leotard form, cropped singlet, or shorts—it’s definitely going to be hard to pick!
