SP Rewards FAQ's
SP Rewards is your all-access pass to exclusive rewards and discounts. Earn points whenever you shop online or reward your friends with a referral link. It’s the easiest way to turn your SP obsession into awesome rewards. Sign up now or read on for more info.
What are “SP Rewards”?
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (excluding tax and shipping)
- When you’ve earned 500 points, you can redeem those points for $25 off your next purchase.
- And save up as many points as you want before redeeming—you don’t have to redeem at 500 points.
How do I join?

Register here to join our SP Rewards OR head to SP Rewards launcher panel on the home page and click the ‘join now’ button.
- Then simply enter your first and last name, your email address, and choose a password
- After signing up, you’ll be redirected to the homepage—head to the SP Rewards Panel again (bottom right) to see your points, ways to redeem and how to refer a friend.
What’s the referral about?
- Simply share the URL in your account (accessed via the SP Rewards Panel, bottom left) and both yourself and your friend will receive a $10 off coupon.
Where do I check my points?
- Just log in via the usual customer log-in button (top right on the homepage).
- Then access your reward info via the SP Rewards Panel (bottom left of your screen).
How do I redeem my points?
- When you’ve earned 500 or more points, login, navigate to the SP Rewards Panel, select ‘Ways to redeem’, and then click the ‘redeem’ button.
- Next, select how many points you’d like to redeem, then click the ‘redeem’ button again.
- Now simply copy the discount code into the coupon field when you order next and check out, or just click the ‘apply code’ button to automatically apply the code in the checkout.
- And don’t worry if you forget to copy down your code! It’ll also be emailed to you shortly after redeeming.
Can I check my recent SP Reward Points activity?
- Yes, you can! Log in, navigate to the SP Rewards Panel, and scroll to the bottom of the panel where it says “Your activity”. All your recent rewards points and redemptions are displayed here.
