Designing with SP is a seamless experience—whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the world of custom designs, we take pride in working within any budget, ensuring that your dream garment doesn't remain just a dream. Our custom design service offers a range of options to suit your specific needs.
You dream it—we’ll create it. Your imagination sets the limits when you collaborate with our team of experienced designers and textile artists. Our personalised design service brings your vision to life, offering expert guidance on design, fabric selection, and best practices so you receive garments of the highest quality, style, and performance. Our designers work closely with you, providing a proof turnaround time of 10-20 business days—and to make sure it’s the perfect fit, we include a complimentary fit sample with every Long Sleeve Leotard. Your design and pattern will be safely stored with us for future use with no expiry.
*Please note a one-off design fee applies for Custom Designs, with further fees charged per Custom design requiring creation by the Sylvia P Design Team.
BUT FIRST—THE BRIEF
The brief is essential to get right from the start. Try to have a clear vision of your team’s needs and wants, so our design team can quickly get started and easily complete your desired result. Simply finish the Custom Design Brief with your account manager.
We understand that perfection requires a fine-tuning process. That's why we include two revisions free of charge with each design. With each revision, expect a 4-8 business days turnaround time. Please note that revisions beyond the initial two will incur an additional fee per revision.
APPROVALS AND ORDER
Once you’ve given your final approval, we save your designs securely in your file and create a customised online team shop for your convenience.
- Team Shop Setup: We require five business days to set up your exclusive online team shop.
- Production: Our production process typically takes 8-12 weeks from order to dispatch. We meticulously craft each garment during this time to ensure it meets our SP standards.
- Delivery: Allow up to 10 days from dispatch for your team's new leos to reach your doorstep.
